Our Key Services
The precast construction cycle is as illustrated in the diagram. We provide critical assessment in all aspects and assist you to tailor-make each of the requirements to suit your project.
Conceptual Study
Provides advisory and consultative value engineering services pertaining to the development and feasibility of the precast concrete system.
Design
Provides detailed design for the precast concrete elements integrating into the consultant’s overall design, incorporating TEKLA and BIM.
Shop Drawings
Provides a complete set of manufacturing shop drawings including PE endorsement.
Manufacturing
Provides manufacturing support for the precast concrete elements using the latest technology.
Site Installation
Provides method statement, labour, and machinery.

Concrete pre-casting or prefabrication will be incomplete without the following complementary accessories and services.
Steel Moulds (Supply & Commission)
We supply custom-made steel moulds for standard precast elements, e.g. columns, beams, walls, facades, staircases, PBU, PPVC including carousel plants and tilting tables.
Concrete Testing & Structural Repairs
We supply material and labour for concrete testing and structural repairs. Testing can be carried out in a laboratory, on site or at the factory.
Civil, Structural & Architectural Design Services
We provide design and shop-drawings together with Professional Engineer (PE) endorsement (including submission to authorities, if required).
Qualified Person (QP) & Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
We offer these optional services of technical experts i.e. QP and/or RTO, on site or at the factory for our clients.
Industrial Products & Equipment
We also trade in industrial products and equipment which complement the building and construction industries.
Building Materials (Supply Only)
We supply OPC, GGBS, fly-ash, interlocking paving blocks, quarry products, clay bricks, ready-mixed concrete, rebar (including cut and bend) and mesh.
Cementitious Grout & Grouting
Here at JAT Marketing, we can supply the materials and labour for cementitious grout and grouting for your construction projects.
Mechanical Connectors (Supply Only)
We supply lifting anchors, wire loops & boxes, rebar & grout couplers, grout sleeves, column shoes, anchor plates & channels and more.
Rebar Machinery (Foreign Technology)
We provide the following machinery: rebar bending and cutting, mesh production, stirrups & long links production, cage assembly and more.
