Our History
JAT Marketing and Engineering Services (JAT), an enterprise specialising in precast concrete advisory services and trading in building materials, was established in 1999. It started as a small trading house and over the years, it had transformed itself into a boutique company offering dedicated engineering services and products to the precast concrete and construction industries.
Our principal, Mr. Thomas Ng, is a civil engineering graduate from New Zealand and has amassed his wealth of valuable experiences while employed with various MNCs in NZ, Singapore and Malaysia. Throughout his illustrious career, he held senior positions in those respective companies and worked on major projects culminating in a 36 years period of traversing the precast concrete, construction and building materials industries.

Construction combining precast concrete is the preferred way in modern-day building construction. JAT offers custom-made services which enable companies to use precast concrete to enhance their construction program thereby benefiting in time and cost savings.
Through our collaboration with major industry players, JAT facilitates such companies to apply the most advanced methodologies and technologies to their projects. This will ensure that the complete cycle of assembly, i.e. from conceptual design to site installation, is wholly addressed and evaluated in accordance to standard industry practices whilst focusing explicitly on the precast concrete scheme.
